Particularly rarely antique Tibetan amulet (talisman) in a beautiful cartouche form of unbelievable refined and high quality design, made out of in yellow gold (22 - 24 karat) and silver( base), and almost complete set with precious stones (blood choral, turquoise, pearls, lapis lazuli, emeralds and ruby's).
On the lid you see a depiction of Kharsheri cut from shell.
Inside the amulet Buddha in lapis lazuli is seated on a lotus thrown.
On the backside of the lid you find the inscription for "Um".
The amulet contains about 150 precious stones (turquoise, pearls, lapis lazuli, emeralds and ruby's).
The style of the amulet is related to Chinese Qianlong period.
This is likely a Chinese or Sino Tibetan commission, possibly from Nepalese artists working in Tibet.
