This stunning Brown Silex Axe is dating back to the Old Palaeolithic.
Very nice shaped, stunning patina, beautiful brown colour, complete intact and in excellent preservation.
Found in a Prehistoric cave 15 meters below ground in the area of Marcilly Sur Vienne, France.
On the backside of the axe you can see the raw material (upper layer of the stone) from which the axe is made out.
