This amazing Prehistoric Bifacial axe is dating back to the Palaeolithic, Acheulean cultures.
The axe is made out of wonderful light Brown Jasper Stone  with high calcium content and is the result of excellent prehistoric workmanship made by Homo Heidelbergensis.
Very nice shaped, fantastic shiny patina, beautiful colours and complete intact.
This axe has a fantastic shiny patina because of the natural polish done by the wind and the desert sand.
The axe has also a light appearance because of the  high calcium content.
Found in the Western Sahara desert of Northern Africa.
